Our new Home in our 1st Project

We moved into this home Oct 2007. I designed it to take advantage of the AWESOME VIEWS. The kitchen has custom Argentine Oak kitchen cabinets with German tech hardware, Granite counter tops, marble back splash,Italian gas AND electric cooktop,15 lb per day ice maker, etc. The outside walls are Travertine marble, the inside stone walls are Costa Rican sandstone. The 3 baths have solid Onyx sinks, Helvex fixtures on Travertine marble counter tops. All doors and frames are solid Teak wood. All glass is Tempered, reflective, and tinted. Hot water comes from 55 gal Swiss tech solar water heater. All water lines are Pex continuous tubing. We can watch the sun go down in the Pacific and the lights of the Central Valley come on from our Hot Springs Spa. This house cost $230K to build. It has 2,300 sq ft inside and 2,000 sq ft of covered patios.
