Jane Gregson A native of the United States, Jane has traveled and lived in Costa Rica for the past 8 years. She moved to the home she built in 2004.

Jane is a graduate of Colgate University, and she also worked extensively in the wholesale clothing industry in New York City.

She passed the Real Estate Boards in Dade County and later spent 10 years in the Landscape industry in South Florida.

Jane is fluent in Spanish (and English!) and has had extensive experience in real estate in Costa Rica, including all the legal steps and permitting, as well as different kinds of construction.

A world traveler she chose Costa Rica to be her own home and she counts many "Ticos" as her friends. She wants to share the delights of Costa Rica with as many people as she can.
